Alana Chirino makes indie pop that feels equal parts retro and cinematic — like a diary she lets the world read, with strong hooks and a sense of humor. The Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter writes songs that sound immediately familiar but land somewhere unexpected.

Her latest single "Yours for the Summer" is a cinematic confession about surrendering to someone who's wrong for you in all the right ways — electric, orchestral, and bittersweet, with intimate verses that build to soaring choruses.

Over the past year Alana completed a 32-week songwriting challenge, writing and posting one original song every week and documenting her creative process in real time. The result is a full catalog of new material ready to be recorded and released.
